It’s easy and, convenient and it keeps you safe.

What is a ‘virtual/video appointment’?

Your virtual appointment or video appointment allows you to see and speak directly on your phone, tablet or computer with a JN Bank representative who will assist you with your JN Bank transactions in Jamaica.

The meeting is secure and your identity will be verified before your business is discussed.

This system is also being used by banks in the UK.

How will the video appointments be conducted?

After your appointment is confirmed, your dedicated JN representative in Jamaica will email you a link for a video call, which you will simply click at the time of your meeting.

If you are using a mobile phone, you may first need to download the app. If you need help, no need to worry, your dedicated JN Bank representative will help you to quickly download the app, which you will only need to do once.

Do I have to call to make an appointment, or can I go to the JN Bank website to do so?
