JN Bank’s Online Banking platform, JN LIVE is easy and convenient, said Rashiedee Brown, Manager E-Business, JN Bank.
“JN LIVE allows you to bank from any computer device while you are on the go. It is easy to use; it allows members to keep track of their spending and access their funds in a timely manner,” Mr. Brown said.
Through JN LIVE, members can conduct all of their daily banking activities, he stated. “Users can pay bills; transfer funds to other JN Bank accounts; and other banks locally; as well as, wire funds overseas; purchase phone top up; monitor credit card payments and other convenient financial transactions,” he informed.
Mr. Brown pointed out that the platform was user-friendly and provided a wealth of information. This includes a responsive website, to enable all users to securely access the online banking facility; and use features with a smart phone or tablet, in addition to their laptop or desktop computers.
He explained that the system also provides a detailed historical graph of all transactions and payments, to enable members to track their expenditures in real-time.
“In addition, online international wire transfers can be completed via the system” the E-Business Manager highlighted, adding that, “JN members can also make their utility bill and other payments to more than 150 providers, including credit card, mortgage, and insurance payments.”
JN members can sign up for JN LIVE personal from the convenience of their home, by using a desktop computer, laptop or smartphone. To sign up for JN Live, ensure that you have the following information at hand:
- Email Address
- Registered email on file
- Tax ID
- (TRN,TIN,NI,SSN and SI)
- Valid ID
- (Drivers License, Passport, National ID)
- One of your JN Bank Account Numbers
- (All of your eligible current and future accounts can be added to your JN LIVE personal profile, after your first log in by accessing the customer service menu)
- Mother’s Maiden Name
- Address
- Debit Card Number (Optional)
