How is interest calculated on my JN FX account?
The interest on your savings account is calculated daily and paid once per year.
Is the interest on my money in my JN FX account taxed?
Yes. The interest on your savings is subject to a withholding tax of 25%.
How can I check the balance in my account without visiting a branch or JN Bank MoneyShop?

Can I transfer funds from my account to other accounts online?
Of course you can. Register to use our online banking platform, JN LIVE, by visiting www.jnbslive.com, and transfer funds from your account to your other JN accounts or third party JN account holders, or to accounts at other local commercial banks. You can also wire funds to banks overseas using JN LIVE.
Can I borrow against funds in my account to access a loan from JN?
No, you cannot use savings in your JN FX account to secure loans from JN. You can only use savings in select JN Bank contractual savings accounts to access a Term Share loan.
Can I open a JN FX account at a JN Bank MoneyShop?
Yes, you may visit any JN MoneyShop to open your account. Visit our ATM/ Branch locator page to find your closest JN MoneyShop or branch and opening hours.
Do I have access to any benefits from the JN Group by having a JN FX account?
