JN LIVE Personal online banking platform has been restored. Members can now log in to check balances and conduct other transactions.

Unfortunately, some transaction information for March 2020, such as payments and phone top up, can only be obtained from viewing the transaction history on your savings account. However, you may request a copy of payments via wecare@jngroup.com, which we will email to you.

Our team is committed to fully restoring all services and we will update you on our progress.
