JN Bank welcomed hundreds of prospective homebuyers on Sunday, July 24 for the first staging of its real estate and mortgage Open House held at the JN Bank Half Way Tree location on Constant Spring Road.

Close to 20 businesses and experts in the sector were present to showcase their products and services to Jamaicans eager to find their dream home.

Petal James, chief of retail sales at JN Bank said the large turnout is a clear indication of the strong interest that exists among Jamaicans for homeownership.

โ€œThe real estate sector continues to thrive, and more Jamaicans are interested in acquiring property, whether for residential or investment purposes. We at JN Bank continue to make it our mission to assist as many of these persons as possible to realise their dream,โ€ she said.

Miss James said JN will be hosting a series of similar expos across the island to cater to persons living outside of Kingston and St Andrew and St Catherine. โ€œInterested persons residing in St Ann, Manchester and St James can look out for an Open House to be held in their parish very soon.โ€
