Thank you for signing up for JN LIVE. Below are the steps to recover your transaction password to access your account. For this process, you will need to input:
- Username
- Date of birth (DOB)
- Motherโs maiden name
- Login password
Know your username:
What is your username? This is the name that was created during sign up. If you have forgotten your username, you may select of the following options to retrieve it:
- Please contact our Member Care Centre or Select the self-service option and select Forgot Username (forgot your credentials)
- Send an email to live@jnbank.com to request a username Our Member Care Centre can be reached at:

Please have your login password ready:
Your login password should be a minimum of nine characters in length and should include five letters with at least being capital, a minimum of three numbers, and a special character. If you do not know your login password you may contact our Member Care Centre or use our self service – login password recovery via JN LIVE.
Once you have completed the process, an electronic token will be sent either via email or SMS, depending on the method you chose. If the process is completed via email and you did not receive an email you may need to check your junk mail or spam. The email token is valid for a limited time only, so completion is required as soon as possible.
Your token will expire within approximately five minutes after you have received it.
Please note that JN LIVE access information is case sensitive, so care must be taken when entering your username, creating your password and also when answering your security questions.
TRANSACTION PASSWORD RECOVERY
Step 1: Access forgotten credentials window
Click the โForget your credentialsโ option, then proceed to the next window.
Step 2: Choose method to recover your credentials
If you select ‘I don’t know my transaction password‘, then you will need to enter your username and select Continue.
Step 3: Verify your user information
Please enter your motherโs maiden name followed by your DOB and select continue to proceed to next window.
NB: Date of birth is entered using the calendar widget
RECOVER VIA EMAIL
Step 4a: Select option to receive new password
You will be presented with three options to recover your password.
- Text message
- I canโt access my telephone or email
- Select your preferred option and click continue. For this example, we will use the email option.
NB: The email address must be consistent with the email address attached to your JN LIVE account.
Step 5: Enter your email address
Please enter the email address associated with your JN LIVE account, then select Continue to proceed.
Step 6: You have successfully completed the verification process
Please select the Back to Home Page button to return homepage.
Step 7: Email receipt
You should now be in receipt of an email from JN LIVE. In the email. you will be provided with a link to reset your login password.
NB: Remember your electronic token expires in approximately five minutes
Step 8: Create your new password
Please enter your JN LIVE username followed by your login password for verification purposes, then follow the instructions to create a new transaction password. After creating a new transaction password, confirm your password by entering it again, then select Continue to proceed.
Step 9: Congratulations!
You have successfully reset your transaction password. Please select
Continue to return to JN LIVE Homepage where you may login.
NB: For security purposes, JN Bank reserves the right to limit the number of daily self reset requests.
RECOVER VIA TEXT
Step 4b: Select option to receive new password

You will be presented with three options to recover your password. Text message, email or canโt access my telephone or email address. Select your preferred option and click โContinue“. For this example, we will use the text message option.
NB: The telephone number must be consistent with the telephone number on file. The last two digits are provided as a hint.
Step 5: Enter your phone number
Please enter the last four digits of your mobile number on file, then select Continue.
Step 6: You have successfully completed the verification process
Your verification code has been sent to your mobile via SMS.
Step 7: Enter your verification code
Please enter the verification code received via SMS, then select Continue.
Step 8: Create your new password
Please enter your JN LIVE username followed by your login password for verification purposes. Then follow the instructions to create a new transaction password. After creating a new transaction password, confirm your password by re-entering it, then select Continue to proceed.
Step 9: Congratulations!
You have successfully reset your transaction password. Please select
Continue to return to the JN LIVE Homepage where you may login.

UNABLE TO ACCESS RECOVERY
NB: If you do not have access to the email address or mobile number provided to JN Bank. Please select the “I can’t access my telephone and email address” option.
