Chief – Retail Sales

Delroy Scarlett, an accomplished sales and marketing management expert, joined the JN Bank on July 3, 2023 as Chief – Retail Sales. He boasts three decades of experience in the financial services industry, spanning commercial banking, credit unions, microcredit, and individual life insurance.

As Chief of Retail Sales, he is responsible for the management and delivery of effective and efficient sales across all the bank’s delivery channels including, the Branch and Moneyshop network, Workplace Banking, Public Sector Engagement, Youth Banking Divisions and Online Channels.

His experience in marketing and sales management, sales promotions, financial advisory services, business assessment, credit sales, and personal banking is expected to enhance the operations of these channels in compliance with the Bank of Jamaica’s Guidelines and the Banking Services Act and ISO standards.

Prior to his appointment with JN Bank, he held positions at other leading financial entities in Jamaica, including Sales & Marketing Manager and Member Experience & Marketing Manager, EduCom Credit Union, JAIFA Professional Course Moderator, and Financial Advisor, Trainer – Government Licensing Courses, and Sales Manager at Sagicor Group.

Mr Scarlett holds a MSc in Marketing from the University of South Wales U.K. He graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, LIMRA International, USA, and the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTECH).
