Here are a few places in Kingston and Ocho Rios where you can enjoy a good Christmas meal tomorrow:
Kingston
Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served buffet style from 7:00 am- 10:30 am. The menu will include, sorrel, egg nog, assorted fruit juices; ackee and salt fish, escoveitched fish, calalloo, mackerel rundown, glazed ham, pickled corn pork, liver and onions and baked sausage, served with a choice of boiled ground provision, Johnny cakes and fried plantains. An omelette station is included.
Brunch (Reservations must be made)
Brunch will include salads to start; pork options, beef options, lamb options, mutton and seafood options for main course, served with rice and gungo peas, boiled ground provision, seasoned rice, sweet potato au gratin, plantains with raisin and cinnamon rum sauce.
For dessert, Christmas cake and several other cake choices will be available and puddings.
Dinner
Dinner menu will be similar to brunch with only the inclusion of shrimp in its seafood options.
The Blue Window Restaurant, Jamaica Pegasus
Blue Window Restaurant at the Jamaica Pegasus will be open for lunch and dinner on Christmas Day.
Lunch
For lunch, the menu includes an option of three salads such as sweet potato salad with roast corn, scotch bonnet and jerk mayonnaise; and plantain and rum salad. Patrons can also choose from a range of assorted condiments, a platter bar and at the carving station they can choose from oven roasted beef with red wine; leg of lamb; sugar-baked ham with sorrel reduction; yam and smoke salmon rundown. Other meat dishes such as Jamaican curried goat is also available and traditional sides such as rice and gungo peas.
For dessert, patrons can choose from several cakes including traditional Christmas pudding.
Dinner
Dinner consists of the same menu with the exclusion of yam and smoke salmon rundown. Their full Christmas menu is available on their website.
Ocho Rios
Oceans on the Ridge
Enjoy your Christmas dinner while you enjoy a panoramic view of Ocho Rios. This restaurant overlooks the pier and town of Ocho Rios. Some of the menu items include turkey and ham. Make your reservations today!
Evita’s Italian Restaurant
Similar to Oceans on the Ridge, Evita’s has a lovely view of the town of Ocho Rios. Last year, their Christmas dinner was a three course meal which included jerked spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo and salmon puttanesca, curried goat and fish. Hong Kong International Restaurant
