On November 4, 2023, we’ll be upgrading JN Bank LIVE Personal to facilitate login via Google Authenticator.
Following the upgrade, you’ll be required to set up Google Authenticator to access your JN Bank LIVE Personal profile. To use Google Authenticator, you’ll need a mobile phone. Therefore, you’ll need to ensure that the mobile number we have on our records for you is up to date.
To update your number, you can:
