It has certainly been a rough year for all of us.
The global pandemic has impacted our lives in many ways. It has presented economic, health and social challenges for many of our families. COVID-19 has kept us physically apart and has threatened our livelihoods, as some of us saw the revenues for our businesses dwindle, or we had to accept pay cuts or even a furlough.
But despite the challenges, we remain resolute and unwavering. We refuse to be broken. COVID-19 cannot break the human spirit nor our resolve to survive and thrive.
Therefore, as we celebrate this Christmas season let us reflect on the love and kindness we have shared throughout the year. We may be physically separated but our hearts and spirits will continue to be joined as one through our humanity.
Throughout this season, and as we move into a new, and hopefully, better year, we wish you moments of peace amid the difficulties, connections with family and friends even if they can’t be in person, the warmth of memories from holidays past, and wonderful glimpses of the joy that still lives under the surface.
We carry you in our hearts throughout this difficult season and continue to be here for you as you move forward. In the midst of it all, we wish you moments of peace, healing and lightheartedness to sustain you.
